Taiwan continues to stand side by side with Ukraine in defense of democracy, — Kira Rudik

Ukraine received 48 vehicles as part of aid from Taiwan, and this is another evidence that the support of our Taiwanese friends literally saves lives. This was announced by a Ukrainian MP, the leader of the «Golos» party, and Vice President of ALDE Kira Rudik. In particular, these are mobile intensive care units, cars for evacuating people with reduced mobility, 6 fire engines, and ten jeeps and minibuses. The vehicles are filled with humanitarian cargo. The final destinations are charitable organizations, hospitals, and local authorities throughout Ukraine: Kharkiv, Kherson, Kramatorsk, and others.

The cargo traveled by sea for a long time, and then it left for Ukraine from Gdansk, Poland. "We are grateful to the Taiwanese for their help. Because they understand better than anyone what Ukrainians are fighting for, and how difficult it is when the enemy has more resources.
