Ukrainians are defending the values ​​on which Western civilization is based, — Kira Rudik at the ALDE Congress

European security and protection from potential russian aggression are the main topics of the ALDE Congress in Brussels. This was emphasized by Ukrainian MP and «Golos» party leader Kira Rudik.  «Investing in the security of the European continent and protecting sovereignty from potential aggression is the focus of all politicians here. Liberal democrats are aware of the challenges Europe is currently facing and that they must be overcome now. First and foremost, by remaining united and strengthening our voice», — the MP emphasized. According to Kira Rudik, Europeans are willing to continue supporting Ukraine in its struggle for freedom. «It is important that support for Ukraine, despite all the threats, does not decrease; we have loyal friends who are ready to help, because they understand what it is we are protecting: the values ​​on which Western civilization is based, without which forward movement and innovative development are impossible», — the politician emphasized.
