The path of a woman in politics: the final session of The Alliance of Her Ukraine Mission 2024 program

Practical advice on the path of women in politics and specifics of the Ukrainian and international levels were discussed at the final session of the school of women's political leadership The Alliance of Her Ukraine Mission 2024. Ukrainian MP, «Golos» party leader, ALDE Vice President, and ambassador of The Alliance of Her Kira Rudik shared her experience.  «Is it easy for a woman to start a career in politics? In fact, this is a very difficult question and each of us will have our own answer. However, there will be one thing in common — if you have a dream and a goal, success will surely come. I talked about my own experience, how to build a politician's image, the specifics of Ukrainian and European politics, and the nuances of the national and international political levels. We also talked about gender stereotypes and challenges for female politicians», — the MP detailed.  Graduates of the programs of the school of political leadership also delivered a speech and gave their advice. «Anna Zarichna shared her views on gender challenges in politics. She is a member of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council and a 2023 graduate of The Alliance of Her program. These are important and useful tips that will help our participants.
