The unity and efforts of everyone can bring victory closer, — Kira Rudik met with the female leaders in Ivano-Frankivsk
Unity around the approach of victory is common to all Ukrainian women, and they have already shown that they can do incredible things. With new knowledge and tools, leaders of communities and public organizations can bring work to a new level. This was emphasized by Ukrainian MP, «Golos» party leader, ALDE Vice President Kira Rudik during a trip to the Ivano-Frankivsk region. «It was an incredible meeting with local female leaders and public activists of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. These are the women who develop communities, help internally displaced Ukrainians (and there are more than 123 thousand of them here), organize education, reintegration of veterans, recovery, and rehabilitation of wounded defenders», — the MP shared her impressions. The meeting was organized within the strategic partnership project of the Land of Freedom Foundation and the SILC «Increasing the Capacity of Local Council Members in Ukraine During the War Times». In particular, women's initiatives during the war, increasing the potential of local communities, establishing the educational process, and international dialogue were discussed. Kira Rudik also presented the women's academy of political leadership «The Alliance of Her Ukraine Mission 2024». «What each of them has in common is that they want to be useful and know how to do it: how to attract more volunteers, how to find international aid, how to support business development or the integration of new community members. Our goal is to help women leaders in their activities. After all, they have already done a lot, and having all the necessary knowledge and tools, they will do even more», — the leader of «Golos» emphasized.
